Starting the day with a complete and balanced breakfast is the starting point for the day to go great and perfect.

So, how to set up a healthy breakfast?? I’ll then let you know what should make up an awesome (and delicious) healthy breakfast.

1º – Have fruit present!


Fruit is a source of vitamins and minerals, but also of carbohydrates, especially fructose, a simple sugar…

It helps to control your appetite for sweets and makes breakfast more nutritious. Choose to eat the solid fruit, instead of including it in juices or smoothies…

In this way, it preserves the fiber present in it and has a greater feeling of satiety.

2º – Don’t be afraid to include bread

Ont the other hand, crackers, sugary cereals, and non-homemade granola should be avoided.

3º – Have at least one protein source

4º – If you don’t choose to drink milk or yogurt, tea, herbal tea and coffee are also a good option


In this case, don’t add sugar or other ingredients such as powdered chocolate.

It is also important to avoid juices, even if they are natural. A juice, by not having the fiber of the fruit present, will cause the sugar to be absorbed much more quickly and will lead to you consuming too much fruit.
