If you have ‘leftovers’ at home you really have to try an easy quiche recipe.

It’s delicious and nothing in your fridge goes bad.

I often look at what I have in the fridge and gather everything together to make a quick and easy meal. For that, I always have shortcrust dough at home.  

 

 

For this Ham Quiche, these are the ingredients I used, but you can use anything you have at home.

  • Pique a cebola e o alho.
  • Bata os ovos com os coentros. Tempere com sal e pimenta, adicione as natas e mexa. Acrescente os restantes ingredientes.
  • Forre uma tarteira com a massa quebrada, mantendo por baixo o papel vegetal, e corte os excessos.
  • Recheie com o preparado e leve ao forno, pré-aquecido a 180ºC, durante 30 minutos. Retire do forno, desenforme e sirva.
