  • Preheat the oven to 180º and grease a mold with coconut oil or similar.
  • Mix the eggs with the vegetable drink in a bowl. Then add the coconut sugar. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, add the spelled flour, the baking powder, and the cocoa. Add this mixture to the previous one, gently wrapping with a spatula.
  • Add the coconut oil to the preparation. Mix well with care.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 25 minutes. Take the toothpick test to see if it's cooked (it may depend on your oven).
  • While the cake is in the oven, prepare the topping, simmering the coconut milk in a small pan.
  • It is ready to serve, accompanied by a wild berry smoothie or a chamomile tea (or whatever you prefer, let your imagination run free!) Bon appetite! 🤤
